• Extra-Large (XL), whose sizes are 74 cm (high) x 40 cm (wide) x 85 cm (deep). In these lockers, it fits, approximately, 4 hand-luggage (55x40x20 cm) or 1 extra-large suitcase (80x55x30 cm).

The client only can introduce the packages that are part of his luggage inside the specified measurements on the booking in order to not overload the booked locker. The limits or prohibited objects established by BIG BOX LOCKERS are the following, which are merely illustrative and non-exhaustive, namely:

1. Do not use the lockers for unauthorized or illegal purposes. In particular, the Client undertakes not to store objects whose mere possession or trafficking is illegal (such as stolen objects, drugs, pornographic materials or, in any way, degrading to human beings, etc.).
2. The client is the responsible for any damage caused to other people’s luggage in case of keeping some prohibited or poorly packaged items.
3. Items prohibited by law or considered dangerous according to national legislation, as well as items that, by their nature or packaging, may cause harm to humans, the environment or other baggage transported and/or stored, are not permitted for its storage. We do not accept storage or provide different services for goods that, in our sole discretion, are considered dangerous.
4. BIG BOX LOCKERS do not accept the storage of: plants and animals, live or dead; negotiable securities and certificates (bills of lading, currency, paper money, coins, credit cards and traveler’s checks); other non-negotiable securities; material that may be considered pornographic or indecent; weapons (firearms and bladed weapons); software containing high value information; technology (phone, iPad, tablet, PC, smartphone); trash; political material; hazardous materials; narcotic or psychotropic drugs; art objects; antiques; metals (gold, silver in any form and precious stones); bulky products; documents (offers, both public and private, securities, food Stamps and fuel coupons, etc.); architectural models; watches.
5. BIG BOX LOCKERS will not be liable for the loss of any property whose unit value exceeds 1,000 euros. Consequently, it will be the exclusive responsibility of the Client to deposit said documents and goods of special value or need in the rented lockers contrary to what is established in these General Conditions.
6. It is not allowed to leave personal documentation essential for travel inside the lockers. It is the Client’s responsibility not to leave any identification document, plane, train, boat tickets, etc. or other documents necessary to travel at the ticket office. The Client acknowledges that he has taken all necessary precautions and measures to ensure that he has not left any documents necessary for travel at the ticket office.
