How long can I book a locker?
You can rent the lockers’ service for a period between at least 1 day or at most 90 calendar days.
Is the locker booked online?
Yes, you can book through our webpage. The process of the booking is easy and fast. You can make it with your computer, phone or tablet.
Can I access to my luggage while it is saved there?
Yes, the users can access to his luggage while it is saved there. A combination or a key will be provided to open the corresponding locker.
Can I cancel the reservation?
Yes, as long as this modification or withdrawal is made 24 hours in advance to the date when your contracted service started.
What happens if I exceed tha days of my reservation?
When you go to take your belongings, you will have to paye for the extra days in order to open your locker.
What happens if I forget the locker's number or the secret code?
We will send you a message on the phone you put when you take the locker with the pincode and the number of the locker’s door.
